Great Gutton is a charming Grade II* listed Devonshire Farmhouse set in 21 acres of rolling countryside, offering dog friendly, self catering cottages in the heart of rural Devon. With the Games room and indoor heated swimming pool open all year, there really is something for everyone – whatever the weather!

We are 40 minutes from both the North and South coast. The busy market town of Crediton is nearby and Exeter is only 20 minutes away with its historic quayside, Cathedral and superb shopping facilities.

We have an excellent choice of accommodation from a cosy cottage for two, to farmhouse living for larger groups and one cottage with special facilities for wheelchair users. Dog friendly owners, pets welcome in most of our cottages, please ask.

Not long returned from yet again the most perfect weekend at Great Gutton Farm, staying in Great Stone Barn. It feels like coming home when I pull up at this stunning location.

We stayed here as a family last summer and again in July 2016 & loved it. We were a family of 7 and we hired Drake and Rook cottages. There is a connecting door between the two which suited us very well. The facilities in both farm houses are brilliant.

Well wow!! This place is the best. Randomly booked for a nearby wedding & we were so glad we did! The farm is so peaceful & relaxing. The Barn we had was so lovely & full of character. Fab touches like a cream tea on arrival, fresh eggs plus Suzi & family were really welcoming and helpful…..yet left us alone so we could do our own thing…great swimming pool too! Our 18 month old was the happiest he has been in a long time. Will most definitely be coming back!!
